TUNA CASSEROLE
8 - 12 ounces egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup or my Homemade
1 - 2 cans tuna packed in water, drained
1 can sweet peas, drained
salt and pepper to taste
Mix cream soup with noodles then add all the remaining ingredients. At this point you can opt to pour into a greased casserole dish, top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
