OVERNIGHT OATMEAL UPDATED

Base Recipe:

1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
1/2 tablespoons chia seeds or up to a tablespoon
pinch salt

Mix with any additions for the various flavors in a pint jar.  Refrigerate overnight or up to 5 days.
Top with any toppings you like and eat cold or warmed in the microwave. 

PEANUT BUTTER

Add:
2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup

Very good warmed and with a sliced banana on top.

APPLE PIE

Add:
1/2 to 1 tablespoon maple syrup (according to if you top it with the microwaved apples or not)
1/4 teaspoon apple pie spice or you may substitute pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Good warmed up with warmed Microwaved Apples.
