MONTE CRISTO BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

3 batches cream cheese pancakes
12 oz Canadian bacon
1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and place a layer of 4 cream cheese pancakes on the bottom. Layer 1/3 of the Canadian Bacon over top then sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat layers 2 more times ending with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with syrup.
Makes 4 servings. 7 carbs
