ITALIAN SAUSAGE EGG BAKE

1 pound bulk Italian sausage or my homemade Italian Turkey Sausage
9 eggs
3/4 cup milk
2 cans cream of potato soup
black pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook sausage, drain if necessary and set aside.  In a large bowl beat eggs with milk and pepper.  Add both cans
 of soup and whisk until completely combined.  Add sausage to egg mixture.  Pour into a greased 11 x 7 inch
baking dish.  Top with cheese.  Bake at 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.  Makes 6 servings.
