HAM & POTATOES AU GRATIN

1 pound frozen cubed hashbrowns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup or my Homemade Cream Soup
1/2 cup Great Value light sour cream
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
4 ounces cubed cooked lean ham
small onion chopped
4 ounces shredded Cabot 75% less fat cheddar cheese, divided

In a medium sized bowl stir together soup, sour cream and yogurt.  Stir in hashbrowns, onions, ham and most of the cheese.  Pour into a greased 9 x 9 square baking dish and top with rest of the cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese has melted.  Makes 6 servings.
