CROCKPOT CREAMY BURRITO CHICKEN

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
House Seasoning or salt and pepper
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup or my Homemade Cream Soup
1 can green chilies, undrained
1 cup Velveeta Mexican shreds or other such as cheddar

Place chicken breasts in crockpot and sprinkle with House Seasoning. If using store bought soup pour it
over top of the chicken along with the green chilies.  If using my homemade soup mix, add the green chilies
to the soup when cooking it and then pour it all over top of the chicken.  Cover and cook on low about
6 hours or until chicken is done.  Sprinkle with cheese and let cook just long enough for cheese to melt. 
​Serve over rice.  Makes 6 servings.
