CROCKPOT CHICKEN & RICE
1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup or 1 batch of my Homemade Cream Soup Mix
1 cup skim milk
4 ounce can mushroom stems and pieces, undrained
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup uncooked instant brown rice
salt & pepper to taste
extra skim milk
Spray or line the crockpot. Mix soup and milk until blended well. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 6 hours. Check in 4 hours then add more times as needed. If needed you may
add more milk to thin it out if it's too thick once it's done.
