CARAMEL APPLE BURRITO
1 recipe Microwave Apples or any recipe of apple pie filling you'd like
1 Ole Extreme Wellness High Fiber Wrap

Smucker's Sugar Free Caramel Sauce
Fat Free Reddi Wip
Cook apples and allow to thicken. Place about 2/3 of the apples in the center of the wrap and fold up into a bundle. Fold over two sides and then the opposite sides folded over. You will have a rectangular shaped burrito. Coat the top with butter spray and lay that side down in a preheated pan. Spray the now top side. Brown both sides over medium heat. This only takes a few minutes. Remove to serving plate and cut in half. Separate the halves and scoop the remaining 1/3 cup apples in the center. Top with caramel sauce and Reddi Wip. Makes 1.
