WHITE CHICKEN BURRITOS
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken breasts
1 cup Herdez salsa verde
2 cups (8 ounces) Velveeta Mexican shreds, divided
8 8-inch tortillas
22 ounce jar Great Value Alfredo sauce, divided
Toppings: Avocado, cilantro, tomatoes, etc
In a large bowl stir together the chicken, salsa, 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce and 1/2 cup cheese.
Spread about 1/2 cup down the center of each tortilla, roll up and place seam side down in a
greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. In the same bowl stir together remaining Alfredo sauce and cheese.
Pour over top of tortillas and spread around to cover completely. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes
or until bubbly and heated through. Serve with toppings of choice, Makes 8.
