WEEKEND BREAKFAST BAKE

1/2 pound bulk breakfast sausage
chopped onions, to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup

Cook together sausage and onions until completely done.  Spread into a greased 8 inch square
baking dish.  Top with cheese.  In a separate bowl beat together the eggs and soup until 
smooth and combined.  Pour over top of sausage.  Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes or until
center is set and knife will come out clean.  Makes 4 - 6 servings.
