WAKE UP CASSEROLE

4 frozen hashbrown patties
6 ounces Canadian bacon, cut into small squares
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
onion powder, to taste

Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and place the hashbrown patties in the bottom. You may need to break
one of the patties to get it to fit.  Layer on ham and cheese. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs,
milk and seasonings and pour over top. Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour.  Remove cover and bake an
additional 5 minutes.  Cut into 4 or 6 servings.
