VANILLA FRENCH TOAST FOR TWO
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon monkfruit or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch salt
6 slices stale bread
Mix everything except bread until well blended. Dip each piece of bread on both sides and fry on both sides
until done. Makes 2 servings.
