2 cloves minced garlic
House Seasoning or salt & pepper
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
Heat a large frying pan and add a little bit of oil. Add turkey, onions and garlic and cook until done. Remove from heat
and set aside. In a measuring cup or bowl whisk the flour into the chicken broth a little at a time. Whisk until dissolved
after each addition. Add Worcestershire sauce. Return turkey back to heat and add chicken broth. Bring back to a boil
and cook until thickened to your liking. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles, rice or creamed
