TORTILLA PINWHEELS
6 Ole Extreme Wellness tortillas
8 ounces light sour cream
8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
4 ounces diced green chiles, well drained
4 ounces chopped black olives, well drained
1 cup shredded Great Value Fiesta Blend cheddar cheese
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
garlic powder, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
salsa
Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth then beat in sour cream. Once well combined add
garlic powder, salt to taste. By hand stir in remaining ingredients except tortillas. Spread mixture evenly
onto tortillas and roll up. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Unwrap and cut off ends then slice into about 3/4-inch pieces. Each roll will make 9 pinwheels for a total of 54 pieces.
Serve with salsa.
*Note: after draining chop the green chilies and black olives into smaller pieces.
