4 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and sliced
dried basil
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese TOMATO PIE

dried basil
3 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
salt and pepper
1 baked deep dish pie shell

Put tomatoes in colander and sprinkle with salt.  Let drain at least 10 minutes.    Layer tomatoes, onions and
basil in pie shell; salt and pepper to taste.    Mix cheeses and mayonnaise and spread over top completely to
sides of shell.  Bake at 350* until top is browned.
