THREE BEAN SALAD

1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can green beans, drained
1 can wax beans, drained
1 small can white shoepeg corn, drained
chopped onion, to taste
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar substitute, I used Truvia Sweet Complete granulated
salt & pepper, to taste

In a small pot bring vinegar, oil and sugar substitute to a boi; set aside.  In a large bowl mix beans, corn and onions.
Pour vinegar mixture over top and stir to combine.  Add salt and pepper.  Let sit out at room temperature for 4 - 6
hours; stirring occasionally.  Store in fridge. Makes 6 1-cup servings. 3 PP
