TACO CHILI

1 pound ground beef
chopped onions, to taste
16 ounces salsa
1 can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 package taco seasoning mix
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can black beans, pinto beans or kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 bag Quest Protein Nacho Chips, crushed

In a large skillet or dutch oven cook together beef and onions until beef is done.  Drain if 
necessary.  Add salsa and tomatoes and stir until combined.  Add seasoning mix and stir
until combined.  Then add cheese and again stir until combined.  Stir in beans.  Pour into
a sprayed 11 x 7 inch baking dish and top with crushed chips.  Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Makes 10 1-cup servings.
