SWEET BABY RAY'S CROCKPOT BBQ CHICKEN
4 - 6 boneless chicken breasts or 2 or 3 bone-in split chicken breasts
1 bottle Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, I used the no sugar added
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar, I used Truvia Sweet Complete brown sugar subsitute
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Place chicken in crockpot and season with House Seasoning. In a separate bowl combine remaining
ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high 2 - 3 hours or on low 4 - 6 hours or until
chicken is at least 165 degrees at it's thickest point. Remove chicken from sauce, shred and return to
sauce. If using split breast remove from sauce and remove meat from bones. Discard skin and bones.
Shred and put back into sauce.
