SUB IN A TUB
This recipe is left up to your interpretation. However you like your sub sandwiches is how you should
make your salad. Below is how I like mine.
1/2 head of iceburg lettuce, cut into small shreds
dill pickle chips, chopped if desired
banana pepper pickles, chopped if desired
onion, sliced in a half moon pieces or chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
8 ounces diced cooked ham
Dressing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
Mix until smooth. Makes 4 servings.
Divide lettuce between four serving or prep dishes. Top with pickles, banana peppers, onion,
1/4 cup cheese per salad and 2 ounces ham per salad. If meal prepping make dressing and
store separately from the salads until ready to eat. Makes 4.
