SESAME CHICKEN EGG ROLL IN A BOWL

1 1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 small red onion, chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
5 sliced green onions, separate white and green parts
3/4 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 teaspoon ginger powder
House Seasoning or salt and pepper, to taste
12 ounce bag broccoli slaw
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
Keto Yum Yum Sauce, optional for serving
Heat the sesame oil in a large pan and add the onion, garlic, and white parts of the green onions. Cook until the green onions are translucent. Add the chicken, ginger, and House seasoning and cook until the chicken is completely cooked. Add the broccoli slaw, soy sauce, and vinegar and cook until the broccoli is tender. If any liquid forms turn to high heat and cook it completely out. Remove from heat and divide green parts of the green onions between the servings along with 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds. Serve with Keto Yum Yum sauce is desired. Makes 4 servings.
