SERBIAN EGGS
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup small curd cottage cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick
4 tablespoons melted butter
salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese
In a medium bowl beat the eggs. The add the remaining ingredients and stir well to mix everything together.
Pour in a sprayed 8 x 8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
