SCRAMBLED EGGS CASSEROLE

1/2 pound sausage, bacon, ham or favorite breakfast meat cooked, drained and crumbled
6 eggs
splash milk
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Beat together eggs, milk and salt and pepper then scramble to your desired doneness.  In the same pan 
stir in the sour cream and 3/4 cup cheeese until blended.  Then stir in cooked breakfast meat and mix well.
Pour into a sprayed 2 quart casserole dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.  Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Makes 4 - 6 servings.
