SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE

1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
1 cup half and half
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
salt & pepper, to taste

Completely brown sausage in frying pan; set aside. Beat together eggs and half and half and salt and pepper.  Pour a thin layer of egg mixture into bottom of sprayed
​8 x 8 baking dish then cover with all the sausage. Sprinkle with all the shredded cheese and pour the rest of the egg mixture evenly over top.
Bake at 350 until set in the center, about 30 - 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings
