SAUSAGE & EGG CASSEROLE

1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
1 cup half and half
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
salt & pepper, to taste

Completely brown sausage in frying pan; set aside. Beat together eggs and half and half and salt and pepper.  
Pour a thin layer of egg mixture into bottom of sprayed 8 x 8 baking dish then cover with all the sausage.
​Sprinkle with all the shredded cheese and pour the rest of the egg mixture evenly over top.
Bake at 350 until set in the center, about 30 - 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings
