ROASTED BRUSSEL SPROUTS & BABY POTATOES

1 pound fresh Brussel sprouts
1 bag multicolored baby potatoes, or other baby potatoes
olive oil spray
Seasoning of choice

Cut Brussel sprouts and potatoes in quarters or halves depending on size but try to keep them uniform. 
Place on a sprayed foiled lined or parchment paper lined baking sheet and spray with olive oil.  Sprinkle with
seasoning of choice.  Bake 400 for 30 minutes or until both are tender to your liking.
