QUICK CHICKEN & RICE
from Campbell's Soup
4 - 6 chicken breasts
House Seasoning, or seasoning of choice
1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 cups raw instant white rice
1 - 2 bags frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Season chicken breasts as desired and cooked in large frying pan on both sides until browned and almost done then remove from pan and set aside. Pour water into pan and scrape up any brown bits that may have accumulated then add soup and paprika. Whisk to completely combine and bring to a boil. Stir in rice really well and then add broccoli. Reduce heat to low, lay chicken on top and sprinkle with more paprika if desired. Cover and cook for for 5 - 9 minutes or until chicken and rice are both done. Makes 4 - 6 servings.
