QUESADILLA CASSEROLE
1 can refried beans
8 ounces no salt tomato sauce
4 ounces chopped green chiles, undrained
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 Ole Extreme Wellness 1pt tortillas
2 cups shredded Velveeta Shreds Mexican Blend
1 small onion, chopped
Combine beans, tomato sauce, green chilies, and spices; mix well. Layer as follows in a greased round 2-quart baking dish:
1st layer: tortilla, 1/4 beans
2nd layer: tortilla, 1/4 bean, 1 cup cheese and 1/2 onions
3rd layer: tortilla, 1/4 beans
4th layer: tortilla, 1/4 beans, 1/2 onions and 1 cup cheese
Bake uncovered at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Makes 4 servings. 5 points per serving.
