PUMPKIN PROTEIN WHIP

1 1/2 cups Fairlife fat free milk, or milk of choice (almond milk may not work)
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 scoop protein powder, I used Quest Cinnamon Crunch, but vanilla will work as well
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 box sugar free butterscotch pudding mix
4 ounces (1/2 tub) whipped topping, thawed

In a large bowl whisk together milk and pumpkin.  Add pudding mix and mix well.  Add spice and again
 mix well.  Fold in whipped topping until thoroughly incorporated.  Makes 4 cups.
