PUMPKIN PIE SPICE
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/8 teaspoon allspice or cloves
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Makes one teaspoon.  Multiply recipe as many times as needed.
