PUMPKIN PIE PUDDING

1 can pumpkin
1 box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
Mix everything together until well combined. Divide evenly between four containers and store in fridge. Each serving is only 1 point on all three plans. Delicious!
