PUMPKIN MOUSSE

1 can pumpkin
1 box sugar free vanilla jello pudding mix
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3/4 cup skim milk
2 cups (8 ounces) fat free whipped topping, thawed

In a medium bowl stir together pumpkin, pudding mix, spice and milk until well blended and smooth.  Fold in whipped topping. If using as is chill at least 30 minutes before serving.  Makes 9 servings (1/2 cup)
