PUMPKIN MOUSSE

1 can pumpkin puree or 2 cups home cooked and mashed pumpkin
1 box sugar free vanilla jello pudding mix or cheesecake
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
2 cups (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed

In a medium bowl stir together pumpkin, pudding mix and spice  until well blended and smooth.  Fold in whipped topping.
If using as is chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
