PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST

2 slices bread
1 egg
3 tablespoons almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 tablespoon sweetener, I use Truvia Sweet Complete
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Beat together egg, almond milk and vanilla until completely blended.  Add protein powder, sweetener,
and cinnamon.  Dip each slice of bread on both sides and fry on both sides until done, just like your
typical French toast.  Serve with fruit and syrup of choice.
