PORK CHOPS DIANE
4 boneless pork loin chops
lemon pepper*
salt*
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Season pork chops with lemon pepper and salt to taste on one side. In a pre-heated heavy frying pan melt the butter and add the pork chops seasoned side down. Season tops of pork chops. Cook on both sides until they are completely done. Then remove to serving dish and add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Whisk to stir up the browned bits from the bottom of the pan and also to combine all the ingredients. Pour over pork chops. Makes 4 servings.

*I used Mrs. Dash lemon pepper and it does not contain salt which is why I added some. If you use a lemon pepper with salt in it you may want to skip the extra salt. Just use them both to taste.
