PIZZA BOWLS
1/2 pound hamburger
House Seasoning
9 slices Canadian bacon, diced
16 slices pepperoni, sliced (or more to taste)
1 green pepper, diced
1 small onion, diced
4 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 ounces sliced black olives, drained
2 cups my Homemade Pizza Sauce or sauce of choice
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
Brown hamburger and make pizza sauce and set both aside. On a large parchment lined baking sheet
place Canadian Bacon, pepperoni, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in rows. Do not mix together.
Place in a 450 degree oven. Bake for 5 minutes then remove pepperoni and set aside. Continue to bake
another 5 minutes then remove from oven. To assemble divide hamburger onto the bottom of each container.
Top evenly with remaining toppings, ending with black olives. Pour 1/2 cup sauce over toppings (save rest of
sauce in the fridge for another use) then sprinkle each one with 1/4 cup (1 ounce) cheese. Store in the fridge for
up to 5 days. To serve place uncovered in microwave just long enough to heat through and melt the cheese.
