PINEAPPLE FLUFF
20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 box instant sugar free vanilla pudding mix
8 ounces whipped topping of choice
Pour pineapple into large bowl and add pudding mix. Stir until pudding is completely
dissolved into pineapple. It will soak up the extra juices. Stir in whipping topping.
Refrigerate several hours to set up before serving. Makes 6 cups or 12 1/2 cup servings.
I used reduced fat whipped topping and it came out to 4 WW points per serving. If
you can fat free whipping topping the points will come down to 3.
