PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE IN A BOWL

16 ounces fat free or light sour cream
1 box sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
1 large can pineapple tidbits, drained

Whisk together sour cream and pudding mix until it is nicely blended.  Fold in the pineapple
until well combined.  Store in the refrigerator.
