PINEAPPLE CHEESECAKE GREEK YOGURT PARFAIT
1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (I like Fage)
1 tablespoon sugar free instant pudding mix, cheesecake flavor
3 tablespoons fat free Reddi Wip
1/2 cup drained pineapple tidbits
.67 ounces Goldfish Vanilla Cupcake Grahams (or less for less points)
Mix yogurt, pudding mix and whipped topping together until smooth. To make the parfait put half the
cookies in the bottom of the container of choice, top with all the yogurt, all the pineapple and the other
half of the cookies. Makes 1 serving.
