PIMENTO CHEESE DEVILED EGGS
6 boiled eggs
1/4 cup Velveeta cheddar shreds
2 tablespoons Kraft light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped pimentos, drained
pinch of salt, pepper and onion powder
Cut eggs in half and add yolks to the bowl of a food processor along with the remaining ingredients. Process until smooth and evenly fill each egg half. Store in fridge. Makes 12.

3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoon diced pimentos, drained
House Seasoning to taste
Cut boiled eggs in half and add yolks to bowl of a food processor. Add remaining ingredients
and process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed. Fill the egg white halves.
Makes 16 halves.
