​PECAN CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNDT CAKE

1 box Pillsbury Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup unsweetened almond milk 
2 ounces chopped pecans
60 grams Lily's Dark Chocolate Chips

GLAZE
11 tablespoons powdered sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk, or as needed 

Whisk together cake mix and brown sugar.  Add remaining wet ingredients until well blended. Fold in the pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.  Meanwhile make the glaze by whisking together powdered sugar and cocoa powder and add vanilla.  Whisk in the almond milk a teaspoon at a time until you get the consistency you want.  Drizzle over cooled cake.  Makes 16 servings.
