PARMESAN NOODLES

3 ounces dry egg noodles
2 teaspoons butter
1/2 to 3/4 cup half and half
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley

Cook noodles, drain and set aside.  In the same pot melt butter and add 1/2 cup half and half, cheese and parsley. 
Heat until  the cheese melts and the sauce thickens up a little bit.  Add the noodles and stir to coat.  If needed add
another 1/4 cup half and half.  If sauce is too loose let sit just a little bit, about 5 minutes, for the noodles to soak
some of it up. Stir well before serving.  Makes 2 servings.
