2 cups beef bone broth
4 tablespoons butter
5 garlic cloves, chopped
In a stock pot over medium heat, melt butter and add onions. Cook until lightly caramelized. Add both broths and garlic.
Over medium heat simmer, uncovered, 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.
