NO STICK PAN COATING
1/2 cup solid shortening
1/2 cup non-fragrant oil such as vegetable
1 cup all purpose flour
With a hand mixer beat together the shortening and oil until smooth. Some lumps are okay because they will smooth out after you add the flour. Now add the flour and beat until completely smooth. Store at room temperature for up to a year. Recipe can be multiplied as needed. To use simply apply with a pastry brush onto baking pans, sheets, muffin tins, etc. before baking. You can also wipe on with a paper towel. This takes the place of greasing and flouring and your baked goods will not stick.
