MONTEREY CHICKEN
https://thepounddropper.com/monterey-chicken/
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 chicken breasts
8 slices cooked bacon
4 - 8 tablespoons BBQ sauce
2 ounces shredded cheese
4 green onions, sliced
Mix soy sauce, honey, Worcestershire and garlic powder in a plastic bag and add chicken. Seal and mash around to mix the marinade then chill for 2 to 4 hours. Cook chicken on both sides until done any way that you like such as an indoor or outdoor grill or cast iron frying pan. If you use a heat proof pan it can go straight into the oven after it's topped. Once cooked place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Spread each breast with 1 - 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce and top with 2 slices of bacon. Sprinkle .5 ounce cheese over top of each one. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted or pop it under the broiler for minute or so (make sure your baking sheet is broiler safe). To serve sprinkle with sliced green onions. Makes 4 servings.
To point this out I did it per individual piece of chicken instead of as a whole recipe. Per chicken use 1 -2 tablespoons BBQ sauce, 2 slices of bacon and .5 ounce cheese. The points will also be determined by the specific ingredients you use. As far as the marinade, the entire 4 tablespoons is only 1 point so I choose not to count it per serving.
