3 boneless chicken breasts
salt
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3/4 ounce finely shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon onion powder
Place chicken breasts in a sprayed square or 2 quart baking dish; salt each breast and set aside. In a separate
bowl mix the remaining ingredients until well blended. Generously cover the top of each chicken breast
with the sour cream mixture. Bake in a 375 degree oven, uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes or until the sour
cream mixture is golden brown and the temperature of the chicken is at least 165 degrees.
