MEATLOAF CASSEROLE
1 pound ground beef
1 cloved minced garlic
1 can vegetable soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, or to taste
2 cups water
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup milk
2 cups instant mashed potatoes
shredded cheddar cheese
Brown ground beef and garlic until done; drain if necessary. Add vegetable soup, half of the
mushroom soup and Worcestershire saucen and stir well. Divide between two 8 x 8 inch baking
dishes. Heat remaining soup, water and butter to a boil. Remove from heat and add milk. Stir
in potatoes until smooth. Divide the potatoes in half and spread around outer edges of casserole.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese to taste. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes. Wrap the second
casserole tightly in plastic wrap and foil. Label and freeze.
