LOW CARB TACO PIE

1 pound ground chicken, or meat of choice just count the points
1/2 - 1  package taco seasoning*
3 sliced green onions 
1 cup Great Value reduced fat fiesta blend cheese, divided
4 eggs
2/3 cup half and half

Brown chicken, drain if necessary and mix in the taco seasoning; set aside.  In a medium sized bowl beat the
eggs with the half and half.  Stir in the onions, 3/4 of the cheese and the meat mixture. Pour into a greased deep
dish pie plate or a 2 quart baking dish.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese.  Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set in
the center.  Let cool 5 minutes before cutting.  Serve with any kind of toppings as you would put on tacos. Toppings
​not included on point or carb count.

*When I made this the entire package seemed a bit strong to me so use to taste.
