LOADED HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

1 pound 93% lean ground beef
4 ounce can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained*
3 pieces Great Value fully cooked bacon, cooked and diced
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles 
chopped onions to taste

Topping
4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
2 tablespoons light sour cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/3 cup half and half
1 cup shredded Cabot 75% less fast cheese, or cheese of choice

Brown hamburger and drain if necessary.  Add diced bacon, pickles, onions, and mushrooms.  Pour into a greased square baking dish.  In a separate bowl using an electric mixer cream together all the topping ingredients except half and half and cheese.  Mix in half and half a little at a time then stir in about 3/4 of the cheese.  Pour over top of hamburger mixture and spread to evenly cover.  Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.  Cool slightly before serving. Makes 6 servings.

*If using fresh mushrooms use about half an 8 ounce package.  Slice and saute either by themselves until tender or along with the hamburger.
