LIGHT DILL PICKLE CHICKEN SALAD

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
2 boiled eggs, chopped
6 baby dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
3 slices turkey bacon, cooked and diced
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
3/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt, I prefer Fage
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon vinegar
hot sauce, to taste
pinch salt
pinch pepper

Put diced chicken in a large bowl and salt to taste.  Add eggs, pickles, onion and bacon and stir to combine.  
In a smaller bowl stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper until smooth.  Stir
into chicken mixture until well distributed.  Makes 6 servings
