KIM'S DEVILED EGGS
10 boiled eggs (because that's how many my dish will hold ;)
1/3 cup Duke's mayo
2 tsp sugar, or to taste
1 tbls vinegar, or to taste
salt and pepper
Cut eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a bowl. Mash them until they are very small crumbles. Mix in mayo really well then add the sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar all to taste. Divide between each egg white using a spoon or place in a plastic bag and pipe the filling in. Be sure to chill well before serving for best flavor.
Makes 20. Blue & Purple (1) and Green (2)
