KETO ALFREDO SAUCE

4 tablespoons butter
2 cloves minced garlic
3 cups heavy cream
7 ounces shredded parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepot or deep frying pan being careful not to burn.  Add garlic and cook over medium heat about 1 minute.  Add in cream and bring up to a simmer.  Once simmering add cheese.  Whisk until cheese is melted then simmer over medium heat until thickened as desired.  I cook about 10 minutes.
22 net carbs for the entire recipe.  Servings will be determined how you use the sauce.
