JAMIE OLIVER'S OAT PANCAKES

1 cup dry oatmeal
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
1 banana
pinch baking powder
splash of almond milk, or milk of choice

Add all things to a blender and blend until smooth.  If needed you can add a tad bit more almond
milk if needed.  It should be like a nice pancake batter, not too runny.  Cook on both sides using
about a 1/4 cup per pancake.
